The 2023 Canada Games Winter Games Host Society is creating a database of creators and performers living in Prince Edward Island, to draw from as paid performance opportunities arise leading up to and during the 2023 Canada Games, from February 18 - March 5, 2023. Opportunities may include major announcements, VIP receptions and events, festival and cultural events, and the Opening & Closing Ceremonies.
Island based creators of all disciplines of dance, music, theatre and visual arts with performances geared toward adults, all ages, and children. Examples include but not limited to:
We welcome a broad range of individuals to submit including members of the Mi’kmaq First Nation of Epekwitk, 2SLGBTQIA+, BIPOC, deaf, disabled and MAD arts communities.
Please note: we cannot guarantee participation and will try to involve as many acts as possible based on event logistics, needs, and policies outlined by the Board of Management and the Canada Games Council.
